IMPORTANT MESSAGE FOR MASTER'S LOFT CUSTOMERS

Thank you for visiting MastersLoft.com. We apologize for any difficulties in reaching us recently as we have been experiencing several unexpected issues.

Due to the slow down in the economy and the resulting decline in church budgets we have experienced a significant decline in business this summer.

This unplanned decline has made it very difficult to provide our usual level of customer service based on abrupt changes in staffing, inventory levels and operating resources.

As a result, we have prayerfully made the difficult decision to close our company rather than continue to operate knowing we will not be able to meet our obligations.

Due to our circumstances we will no longer be able to provide refunds to our customers or accept returns of merchandise. Please do not send merchandise back to us at this time. If you have already paid for an order but not yet received your merchandise or a refund (or have a credit on your account), you should be receiving an email instructing you how you can possibly get alternative merchandise (from existing stock) as a substitute for your purchase. The deadline to make your alternative selection is August 26, 2009. We will not be able to help you in any way regarding your order after that time.
